BAHAWALPUR, May 15 (APP): A man sustained injuries when his loader rickshaw struck against a truck in Bindra Puli area of the city.
According to the rescue staff of the Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122), the truck was making a U-turn on road passing through Bindra Puli area of the city when an overloaded Qingqi rickshaw crashed into it because its brakes failed.
As a result, the rickshaw driver got trapped between the rickshaw and the truck. “Before the rescue staff arrived, local people managed to pull the injured man out,” they said, adding that the rickshaw driver was provided the first aid and shifted to BVH Hospital.
