Responsible for board’s defamation to be taken to task: BISE secretary

FAISALABAD, May 12 (APP):Newly-appointed Secretary of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE)

Faisalabad Dr Saleem Taqi Shah on Tuesday warned that those responsible for defaming the

board through alleged paper leakage incidents would be taken to their logical

end while an inquiry was continuing at a fast pace.

He expressed these views while chairing his first introductory meeting with branch officers after assuming additional charge as the BISE secretary.

Dr Saleem Taqi Shah, who is also Principal of Government College 18-Hazari Jhang, said the inquiry was progressing rapidly and results were expected soon.

“I clearly state that whoever is found responsible for tarnishing the image of the board will be taken to task and brought to a logical conclusion”, he added.

The secretary said that the Intermediate First Annual Examination 2026 would commence from May 20 and described it as a highly important examination because students’ futures depended upon it.

He directed all concerned branches and employees to remain fully alert and perform their duties with utmost responsibility and transparency during the examinations.

Deputy Secretary Administration Naveed Hussain Qureshi, Deputy Controller Inter Branch Chaudhary Muhammad Yousaf, Welfare Officer Sardar Dr Abdul Raheem Babar Dogar, Assistant Controller Matric Falak Sher Bhatti, System Analyst Muhammad Tariq, Assistant Secretary Registration Lal Akhtar, OCP Zia-ul-Islam, Assistant Secretary Store Malik Muhammad Arshad, Assistant Controller Conduct Malik Muhammad Saleem, PS to Chairperson Rana Jamshed Ali, PA Muhammad Arif, Assistant Controller Record Qaisar Riaz, Superintendent Estate Branch Rana Khalid Bashir, Superintendent Audit Branch Hajji Riaz Dogar, Librarian Rana Zulfiqar Minhas, PRO Sajid Naqvi and other officers were also present in the meeting.
