His outstanding performance received great appreciation and recognition, and his achievement is being regarded as a beautiful reflection of the strong cultural ties and friendship between Pakistan and China.

According to a statement issued on Monday, Shahid has not only promoted the Chinese language and culture through Chinese songs but has also helped strengthen the bonds of love, harmony, and friendship between the people of both countries. He has performed Chinese songs in various cities across Pakistan and has received numerous awards and honors for his remarkable talent.
Speaking on the occasion, Umair Shahid said that he hopes to perform Chinese songs in China and other countries around the world in the future to further promote the “Iron Brotherhood” between Pakistan and China on a global level. He added that the completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China is a testament to the everlasting friendship between the two nations.
Previously, Shahid has showcased his talent at several prestigious venues and events, including Port Qasim Power Plant, Silk Road Cultural Center, Pakistan-China Friendship Center, the Chinese Embassy, Islamabad Serena Hotel, and Sahiwal Coal Power Plant.
The event was attended by Pakistani music experts, Chinese language teachers, representatives of the Chinese community, political and social personalities, media representatives, teachers and students from Confucius Institutes, and heads of various Chinese companies.
It is worth mentioning that the Culture China, Water Cube Cup, launched in 2011, has become an important global platform for promoting the Chinese language and culture, playing a significant role in bringing young people from different countries closer together through music.
