LAHORE,May 10 (APP):Punjab Assembly (PA) Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan said that May 10,2025 will always be remembered as a day of victory in Pakistan’s military history.
He made these remarks while paying glowing tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces,martyrs, and veterans on the first anniversary of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos,according to a press release issued here on Sunday.
He said that the “Battle of Truth” demonstrated Pakistan’s military superiority,national unity, and invincible defensive capability to the world.
He stated that,under the wise leadership of Syed Asim Munir, the Pakistan Armed Forces crushed the enemy’s malicious intentions within a few hours.
Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan said,“The Pakistan Air Force, Army, and Navy defended the homeland with professional excellence and made the nation proud.”
He maintained that victory in the “Battle of Truth” was the result of the sacrifices of the martyrs,the bravery of the veterans, and the unwavering resolve of the entire nation.
He said that Prime Minister(PM),Shehbaz Sharif’s effective diplomacy strengthened Pakistan’s position on the global stage and enhanced national dignity.
The PA speaker said,“Pakistan is a peace-loving state,however,any aggression will be met with full strengt,unity and national resolve.”
He added that the Pakistan Armed Forces(PAF) have made unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism,further strengthening the country’s defense and making it impregnable.
