LARKANA, May 08 (APP):Dr. Shahid Hussain Somro, Principal of Chandka Medical College Larkana, has said that in the battle of Haq, the Pakistan Army, while defending the country, taught neighboring India such a lesson that it will remember for the rest of time.
He stated that Pakistan Army, while defending its country, crushed the pride of the enemy country India, which considered itself powerful and arrogant. Our Pakistan Army taught it a lesson that it will never forget.
He further said that if anyone looks at Pakistan with an evil eye, they will be given a stern response—something we proved and demonstrated last May.
Shahid Hussain Somro added that our Army has the full capability to protect Pakistan, and the Pakistani people stand with the Army. Our effort is to brighten the country’s name in education, the economy, and other areas.
He said that martyrdom is a matter of pride for us; the death of a martyr is several ranks higher than the death of an ordinary person. Martyrs are the nation’s asset, and for the country’s security and welfare, we should take steps that elevate the nation’s dignity.
He said that if we are blessed with martyrdom for the sake of the country, we should take pride in it. He remarked that on the occasions of the Battle of Haq and Bunyanum Marsus, martyrs are the nation’s capital, and the entire nation stands with the heirs of the martyrs.
He also stated that according to international water laws, where a river ends, the water belongs to that country, and no one in between has the right to stop it. No one will be allowed to block our water.
