HYDERABAD, May 01 (APP):The Inspector General of Sindh Police Javed Alam Odho has taken notice of an assault on the police force in Tando Allahyar district’s Bukera Sharif area which left some cops injured.
The IGP’s spokesman Syed Saad Ali informed here on Friday Odho has directed DIG Hyderabad Tariq Razzak Dharejo to submit report. He also directed Dharejo to ensure best possible medical treatment of the injured policemen besides arrest of the culprits at the earliest.
The suspects allegedly fired gunshots and pelted stones on the police, leaving almost a dozen cops injured.
Later, the police lodged an FIR nominating 25 persons with names and 27 unknown at Bukera Sharif police station.
