FIA arrests accused for attempting travel on fake stamps

LAHORE, Apr 25 (APP):The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration intensified passenger screening at the Lahore Airport and apprehended an accused attempting to travel abroad on forged documents.
According to an FIA spokesperson, the passenger was identified as Shah Wazir Jalil, who was offloaded from flight CZ-6038 bound for China. During scrutiny, officials found fake arrival and departure stamps of FIA Immigration Torkham affixed on his passport, raising suspicion of document tampering.
The accused was taken into custody at the airport and subsequently shifted to the Anti-Human Smuggling Circle Lahore for further investigation.
