Deep-rooted bond between people of Pakistan and Kashmir stands as inseparable identities: AJK PM

Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister (PM) Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, while highlighting the deep-rooted historic, cultural, and emotional bond between the people of Pakistan and Jammu & Kashmir state, has said that they are inseparable identities.

MIRPUR (AJK), Apr 17 (APP): Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister (PM) Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, while highlighting the deep-rooted historic, cultural, and emotional bond between the people of Pakistan and Jammu & Kashmir state, has said that they are inseparable identities.

Addressing a reception ceremony hosted by Usman Khalid, the PM said that? the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is a symbol of federation. The PPP, he said enjoys massive support from the people in Azad Kashmir as well as Gilgit-Baltistan, reported by APP correspondent.

Given the large support base, he expressed the optimism that the PPP would form the government in the future. He said that under the young and dynamic leadership of Bilawal Bhutto, the PPP was regaining its foothold in Punjab.

The? Prime Minister said that the PPP leadership has always fought for the rights of the people and the party workers. ?He urged the workers to unite and take the party’s message to every door so that they can achieve success in the upcoming elections.

Earlier, Rathore was accorded arousing welcome upon his arrival by the PPP and PSF activists.

Meanwhile, Mumtaz Rathore visited the residence of Pakistan Peoples Party Rawalpindi Division President Sardar Ashar Hayat and expressed his condolences over the death of his father Dr. Sikandar Hayat. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul and grant patience to the bereaved.

In a separate statement, Rathore expressed deep sorrow over the death of the paternal aunt of PPP Deputy Secretary Information Shaukat Javed Mir. In his condolence message, the Prime Minister extended his sympathies to the bereaved and prayed for the departed soul.
