SIALKOT, Apr 08 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Saba Asghar Ali has directed that all ongoing development projects be completed on time, stressing that no delay or negligence will be tolerated.
She said this while chairing a District Development Committee meeting, where progress on bus terminals and shelters under the CM Electric Bus Service and the solarization of GC Women University Sialkot was reviewed.
The deputy commissioner directed departments to follow timelines strictly and ensure quality work, warning that substandard material would not be accepted. She said the electric bus project would provide modern transport facilities, while the university’s shift to solar energy would support energy saving and environmental protection.
She also stressed worker safety at project sites and urged officers to conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and quality.
