At least 10 people were injured after a car collided with a rickshaw near Mahmood Textile Mills on Multan Road, here on Wednesday.

MUZAFFARGARH, Apr 08 (APP):At least 10 people were injured after a car collided with a rickshaw near Mahmood Textile Mills on Multan Road, here on Wednesday.

According to Rescue 1122, the accident occurred when a speeding car hit the rickshaw from behind, resulting in injuries to passengers.

Rescue ambulances reached the spot promptly and rescuers provided the first aid to the injured before shifting them to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for further medical treatment.

Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred due to high speed of the car, which rammed into the rickshaw from behind.

Local police have started investigation.
