Roof collapse  injures man in Gambat after heavy rain

KOHAT, Apr 8 (APP):A man on Wednesday was injured after the roof of a house collapsed in Gambat area following heavy rainfall, the official sources said .

A Rescue 1122 team arrived at the scene and provided first aid to the injured man, they added.

The incident underscored the risks posed by aging and poorly maintained structures during periods of intense or prolonged rain.

The authorities urged residents to remain vigilant and report any signs of structural damage. The Rescue teams remain on alert as intermittent rainfall continues in the area.
