CTO Sarfraz Virk directs smooth traffic flow, enhanced deployment during rains

ISLAMABAD, Apr 08 (APP):Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk chaired an important meeting to review traffic management during ongoing construction work and rainy conditions in the federal capital.
An ITP official told APP on Wednesday that SP Traffic, DSPs, and traffic staff, including moharrars attended the meeting.
CTO Virk directed officers to ensure smooth traffic flow on roads undergoing construction work.
Virk also ordered deployment of additional personnel on Park Road and other major arteries to manage traffic effectively.
He emphasized that citizens should be provided maximum assistance during rain and directed officers to remain vigilant while performing their duties.
The CTO further instructed officers to ensure the timely dissemination of information and facilitate commuters to minimize inconvenience.
Islamabad Traffic Police reiterated its commitment to maintaining smooth traffic flow and providing maximum facilitation to road users across the federal capital.
