SALU Distributes 1,014 Laptops Under PM Youth Laptop Scheme Phase IV
SUKKUR, Apr 08 (APP):Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU) Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Yousuf Khushk on Wednesday distributed laptops to students at the Ghotki Campus under the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme (Phase IV 2025). He emphasized that this initiative reflects a broader vision where knowledge, technology and youth potential come together to shape a progressive future.
The Vice Chancellor urged students to utilize the laptops effectively, enhance their skills, and strive to become job creators rather than job seekers. He also appreciated the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan for its continued support in promoting digital access and empowering students.
The ceremony was attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Maqsood Zia, Dr. Amjad Mughal, Focal Person for the scheme, and other faculty members. Out of 130 selected students, 52 received laptops during the ceremony.
