Photography, video recording banned inside PPSC premises

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) imposed a ban on interaction among candidates and prohibited photography and videography within its premises after qualifying the written examination or being called for direct interviews.

LAHORE, Apr 07 (APP): The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) imposed a ban on interaction among candidates and prohibited photography and videography within its premises after qualifying the written examination or being called for direct interviews.
According to a spokesperson for PPSC, candidates appearing for interviews at the PPSC building will not be allowed to engage in conversation with one another within the premises. The sharing or discussion of interview questions among candidates has also been strictly prohibited.
The Secretary PPSC has formally approved the new regulations aimed at ensuring transparency, discipline, and fairness in the recruitment process.
As per directives issued by Senior Security Officer PPSC, Captain Muhammad Shahid, the use of mobile phones for taking photographs or recording videos inside the PPSC building has been completely banned. Moreover, no candidate or unauthorized person will be allowed to contact or approach candidates during the interview process.
The spokesperson clarified that any violation of these instructions will result in legal action against the concerned candidate. It has been emphasized that all applicants must strictly adhere to the rules and maintain discipline during their presence at examination and interview venues.
The instructions have also been prominently displayed at various locations within the PPSC building for the guidance of candidates. The same policy will be strictly enforced at all PPSC interview centres across Punjab to ensure uniform implementation of regulations and uphold the integrity of the recruitment process.
