MULTAN, Apr 07 (APP): Punjab government launched a Rs23 billion diesel subsidy program to support wheat growers across the province, a spokesperson for the Agriculture Department said on Tuesday.
Under the initiative, farmers owning up to 25 acres of land will be eligible for financial assistance, with around four million farmers expected to benefit.
Farmers can register by calling the helpline at 1000 or applying online through the official portal. Additionally, funds will be directly transferred to the accounts of over 800,000 Kissan Card holders, ensuring transparent and timely disbursement.
