The Pakistani Christian Community Jeddah celebrated the Easter 2026 festival with great zeal and enthusiasm at the newly constructed building of the Consulate General of Pakistan, Jeddah, on Saturday. H.E. Syed Mustafa Rabbani, Consul General of Pakistan, was the chief guest on the occasion.

SAUDI ARAB, Jeddah, Apr 05 (APP): The Pakistani Christian Community Jeddah celebrated the Easter 2026 festival with great zeal and enthusiasm at the newly constructed building of the Consulate General of Pakistan, Jeddah, on Saturday. H.E. Syed Mustafa Rabbani, Consul General of Pakistan, was the chief guest on the occasion.
While the prominent community members, Christian Community members, and officers of the Pakistan Consulate included Mohammed Irfan, Miss. Azka Zafar Rana, Miss. Zainab Asad Munir and Kamran Butt attended the ceremony. In his address, the Consul General congratulated the Pakistan Christian community in Jeddah on the Easter festival and appreciated the role they are playing in the prosperity and progress of Pakistan’s economy. He also praised their positive attitude in boosting brotherhood not only in Pakistan but also for a universal brotherhood that would foster peace and harmony in the world. He assured them of full cooperation and support from him and the consulate staff in all consular services. He stressed spreading the message of love and unity through friendship. He also emphasized the need to be law-abiding and urged all to respect local laws and regulations.
A little girl, Ephrathah Gulzar, presented him a bouquet. John Gulzar, President of the Pakistani Christian community, thanked all guests and members of the Pakistani Christian Community. He also thanked the Consul General H.E. Syed Mustafa Rabbani and the consulate staff for their good wishes and for providing facilities in the consulate premises. He expressed his deep gratitude to the Government of Saudi Arabia for its continuous support and encouragement to the Christian community. The Chairman Kashmir Committee, Jeddah, Masood Ahmed Puri, and Ex. President JKCO Sardar Waqas Inayat Ullah also addressed at this occassion.
