We share the joy of Christian community on Easter: Speaker Shah

KARACHI, Apr 05 (APP): Speaker Provincial Assembly of Sindh Syed Awais Qadir Shah has extended heartfelt Easter greetings to the Christian community, here on Sunday.

    He said that the Christian community has played a significant role in the development of Pakistan.

    Shah said that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh is actively working to safeguard the rights of minorities.

   The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees complete religious freedom and equal rights to minorities, he said adding that representation of minorities in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh has always been strengthened.

    He said that the province of Sindh stands as a shining example of tolerance, love, and harmony.

    He further said we share the joy of the Christian community on the occasion of Easter.
