Once again Punjab has surpassed all provinces in providing relief: Azma Bokhari

LAHORE, Apr 04 (APP): Provincial Information Minister Punjab Azma Bokhari has said that praise to Allah, once again Punjab has surpassed all provinces in providing relief and whenever the turn comes to provide relief to the people, Punjab will be at the forefront.

She said that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif feels peace of mind by providing relief to the people and she has never left the people of Punjab alone but has stood with the people in every difficult time and Maryam Nawaz has won the hearts of the people by making public transport completely free in the entire Punjab and as long as the war situation persists, the people will travel in public transport completely free of charge.

The provincial information minister said that Maryam Nawaz always prioritises farmers and historic steps have been taken for farmers in two years because the farmer of Punjab provides commodities to the entire Pakistan.

Those who claim to be the most well-wishers of the people on social media are the provincial governments and their parties, but they are practically doing nothing.

She added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has further reduced the price of petrol by Rs 80, while instead of burdening the people, he has cut the salaries of his cabinet.

According to Azma Bokhari the benefits of the money received from the austerity campaign are being delivered to the common man and the government is taking practical steps to provide relief to the people.
