According to the Meteorological Department, the current spell of rain will continue until April 5, while more rain has been forecasted in the coming week. Due to continuous rains, the temperature is expected to drop further.
The sun and clouds are still twinkling on the horizon in the city today, making the weather more attractive.
According to the data of the Meteorological Department, the current temperature of the city has been recorded at 21 degrees Celsius, while the humidity in the air is 68 percent. Apart from this, winds are also blowing at a speed of five kilometers per hour.
Citizens have appreciated the pleasant weather and termed it suitable for sightseeing and entertainment.
Talking about the overall weather situation in the country, the Meteorological Department has predicted more rains in most parts of the country.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain is expected in Murree, Gulyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum and Sargodha. Rain is also possible in Mianwali, Faisalabad, Jhang, Khushab and Gujarat. Rain is also possible in Gujranwala, Hafizabad and Sialkot, Lahore, Okara, Kasur, Layyah and Bhakkar.
Furthermore, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while rain is expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Buner, Kohistan and Malakand.
