The spokesman of the Board told on Friday that over 193,000 students were appearing in the exams at 769 centres across it’s jurisdiction, where more than 5,000 personnel had been deployed to manage and supervise the process.
The Board administration has enforced a robust monitoring mechanism to maintain transparency and discipline, warning that any violation of examination rules will invite strict legal action, he said adding staff members on duty are being closely monitored to prevent negligence or misconduct.
Authorities have urged students and parents to promptly report any irregularities through official complaint channels, including the board’s control room, assuring immediate response.
The administration stressed that curbing unfair practices requires collective responsibility, calling on all stakeholders to support efforts for fair and transparent examinations.
Meanwhile, the official confirmed that reports regarding alleged paper leaks are under review, and the matter has been taken up with the Elementary and Secondary Education Department for necessary action.
