LARKANA, Apr 01 (APP): Larkana court has sentenced three accused to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 200,000 each after finding them guilty in a murder case, while one accused was acquitted due to lack of evidence.
According to court order the case of the murder of villager Abdul Hameed Mashori, who was killed in Haji Mashori village within the jurisdiction of Airport Police Station in 2024, was heard in the court of Third Additional and Sessions Judge Abdul Haque Mangrio.
The court found three accused Rajib Mashori, Yaseen alias Bullo Mashori, and Arshad Junejo—guilty and sentenced them to life imprisonment along with a fine of Rs. 200,000 each. Meanwhile, accused Nisar Sohoo was acquitted due to lack of evidence.
It is pertinent to note that on October 7, 2018, the accused attacked villager Abdul Hameed Mashori with axe over a land and water dispute, killing him. The case was registered on the complaint of the victim’s brother, Abdul Majeed Mashori.
