ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP):Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Ali Amin Khan Gandapur on Thursday said that all the preparations have finalized to observe October 27 as Black Day to convey a message to the international community that India’s occupation of Jammu and Kashmir was totally illegal, unjust and contrary to the Kashmiris’ aspirations.
Talking to APP, the Minister said that the Day should be marked in a proper manner within Pakistan and abroad to expose Indian forces atrocities in Occupied Kashmir. He said that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has a slogan of change and the change would also be witnessed during observing Black Day.
He said that PTI government has vibrant policy on Kashmir issue and will take up all possible steps for highlighting the Kashmir cause across the world.
The Minister said that Pakistan Embassies and mission abroad would also arrange special seminars and talk shows and play documentaries regarding the Kashmir issue on October 27 to observe Black Day. He said that peaceful demonstrations would be held in front of Indian High Commissions and Embassies across the world.
He said that protest demonstrations, photo exhibitions, talk shows, documentaries screening and speech contests would also be organized in educational institutions of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Ali Amin Gandapur said that special events would be organized in each district of AJK which would be attended by the people and senior government officials.
