ISLAMABAD, Mar 31 (APP):International affairs expert Rashid Safi has hailed Pakistan’s political and military leadership for advancing regional peace and stability, pointing to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s efforts in strengthening diplomatic ties and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar’s recent Beijing visit as pivotal in boosting Pakistan-China relations.
Speaking to APP, he emphasized that under Prime Minister Sharif’s leadership, diplomatic relations are being reinforced, with deputy prime minister Senator Ishaq Dar playing a significant role in furthering these initiatives.
He added that the Foreign Minister’s recent visit to Beijing will have positive outcomes and is expected to further strengthen relations between Pakistan and China.
According to Rashid Safi, Pakistan has not only made serious efforts in recent times to improve relations with neighboring countries but has also projected itself globally as a responsible and constructive state.
He further noted that effective measures against terrorism, improvements in border security, and a coordinated strategy to enhance regional cooperation reflect Pakistan’s commitment to achieving sustainable peace, stability, and development in the region.
