ISLAMABAD, Mar 24 (APP): Pakistan, Romania and the Bahamas on Tuesday explored avenues to enhance trilateral trade and investment cooperation, with a focus on key sectors including energy, infrastructure and information technology.
The discussion took place during a meeting between Atif Farooqi, Advisor and COO of the Pakistan Romania Business Council, and Asad Ur Rehman, Honorary Consul of the Commonwealth of Bahamas in Pakistan.
During the meeting, both sides underscored the importance of strengthening business linkages and facilitating knowledge sharing to unlock new economic opportunities among the three countries. They expressed keen interest in promoting collaboration across diverse sectors to boost trade volumes and investment flows.
Speaking on the occasion, Atif Farooqi highlighted the growing potential for trilateral cooperation, terming the engagement a significant step towards building stronger economic partnerships among Pakistan, Romania, and the Bahamas.
The Pakistan Romania Business Council continues to play a key role in promoting bilateral trade and investment, while such engagements are expected to pave the way for broader multilateral economic cooperation.
