QUETTA, Mar 23 (APP): Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has underscored the historical importance of Pakistan Day, describing it as a defining moment in the history of the subcontinent that set Muslims on the path toward an independent homeland.
In his message marking the occasion, Mandokhail said the Lahore Resolution initiated a new political journey that culminated in the creation of Pakistan within just seven years. He noted that the day serves as a reminder of the vision and determination that led to the establishment of the country.
Reflecting on contemporary challenges, the governor emphasized the urgent need to strengthen internal unity and harmony. He stressed that in light of changing regional dynamics, the nation must demonstrate cohesion and collective resolve to safeguard its interests.
Jaffar Mandokhail urged citizens to set aside differences and work together for the shared goals of national integrity, collective development, and public welfare. He highlighted the importance of acting as responsible citizens by fulfilling duties with honesty and integrity.
