Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday evening held a telephone conversation with Bangladesh Prime Minister Tariq Rahman to exchange Eid-ul-Fitr greetings and discuss bilateral and regional matters.

LAHORE, Mar 20 (APP):Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday evening held a telephone conversation with Bangladesh Prime Minister Tariq Rahman to exchange Eid-ul-Fitr greetings and discuss bilateral and regional matters.
During the warm and cordial conversation, Prime Minister Shehbaz conveyed Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to Prime Minister Rahman and the brotherly people of Bangladesh.
Recalling the longstanding, historic and fraternal relations between Pakistan and Bangladesh, the prime minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation with Bangladesh in all fields.
The two leaders also exchanged views on regional developments in South Asia and the situation in the Middle East. They underscored the importance of dialogue and diplomacy for resolving tensions and conflicts.
Prime Minister Rahman warmly reciprocated the Eid-ul-Fitr greetings and conveyed his good wishes for the people of Pakistan.
Both leaders also expressed their resolve to continue working together in the coming days for the shared goals of regional and global peace and stability.
