Punjab Police distribute Eid gifts to martyrs’ families

LAHORE, Mar 19 (APP):The Punjab Police distributed Eid gifts among families of police martyrs across the province, reaffirming its solidarity and support on Thursday.
The spokesperson said that CPOs, DPOs, SPs and other senior officers visited the homes of martyrs, met their families and presented bouquets and sweets, while also conveying Eid greetings on behalf of the IGP Punjab.
Senior police officers paid tribute to the sacrifices of police martyrs, acknowledging their contributions for the protection of lives and property of citizens.
IGP Punjab Abdul Kareem said that Punjab Police stands with the families of its martyrs in times of joy and sorrow as well as on all festivals, adding that those who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty are the pride of the department and the nation.
