Man ends life over domestic issues

LAYYAH, Mar 15 (APP):A 28-year-old man allegedly ended his life after being distressed over domestic issues in the Layyah district, rescue sources said on Sunday.
According to officials of Rescue 1122, the incident occurred near Khan Di Hatti, where the youth, identified as Naveed Haider, reportedly took the extreme step due to ongoing household problems.
Upon receiving the information, a Rescue 1122 team immediately rushed to the scene and attempted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for nearly ten minutes, but the victim could not be revived.
Rescue sources said that Naveed Haider was a resident of Rehman Abad and was believed to be under severe mental stress due to domestic disputes. Authorities said further details were being gathered regarding the incident.
