Online e-open court held at Ayub Teaching Hospital to address public complaints
ABBOTTABAD, Mar 13 (APP):In line with the directives of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi, an online E-Open Court was held at Ayub Teaching Hospital to address public complaints and resolve the problems faced by patients and their attendants.
During the session, citizens shared their complaints and suggestions through comments and written messages, which were responded to immediately by the hospital administration.
According to details, Hospital Director Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Afridi had earlier directed all departments to complete necessary arrangements for holding the online E-Open Court. The arrangements were successfully finalized with the cooperation of the relevant departments.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Afridi said that in accordance with the instructions of the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, online E-Open Courts will be held regularly every month at Ayub Teaching Hospital so that the public can directly convey their issues to the hospital administration and ensure timely resolution.
The online E-Open Court was chaired by Medical Director Dr. Imran Khan, while chairpersons of various departments and other relevant officials of the hospital were also present.
During the session, several complaints and issues raised by the public were addressed on the spot, while instructions were also issued to the concerned departments to resolve important matters and improve facilities for patients and their attendants.
