Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday forwarded a summary to President Asif Ali Zardari recommending the appointment of senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Syed Nehal Hashmi as the Governor of Sindh.

ISLAMABAD, Mar 12 (APP): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday forwarded a summary to President Asif Ali Zardari recommending the appointment of senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Syed Nehal Hashmi as the Governor of Sindh.
According to a PM Office statement, the government had decided to appoint Nehal Hashmi as the new Governor of Sindh.
The prime minister also met with Nehal Hashmi, and extended congratulations on his nomination as the provincial governor.
