President conveys good wishes to Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei on his appointment as Supreme Leader

ISLAMABAD, March 10 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his good wishes to Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei following his election and appointment as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

“The President noted that the region is facing serious tensions and conflict. He expressed hope that the situation will stabilize and that conditions will improve for the people of the region,” President Secretariat Media Wing, Tuesday, said in a press release.
