The price of 24 karat per tola gold decreased by Rs6,500 and was sold at Rs533,362 on Monday against its sale at Rs539,862 in the local market, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Gold falls by Rs6,500 per tola
ISLAMABAD, Mar 9 (APP):The price of 24 karat per tola gold decreased by Rs6,500 and was sold at Rs533,362 on Monday against its sale at Rs539,862 in the local market, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also decreased by Rs5,573 to Rs457,271 from Rs462,844 whereas the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold went down by Rs5,109 to Rs419,180 from Rs424,289.
The rates of per tola and ten gram silver also decreased by Rs37 and Rs31 to Rs8,894 and Rs7,625 respectively.
In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $65 to $5,106 whereas that of silver declined by $0.37 to $84.10, the Association reported.
