DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Mar 05 (APP):District Police Officer (DPO) Ziauddin Ahmed, on Thursday said timely resolution of the issues faced by police officers and personnel plays a key role in improving the force’s performance and boosting their morale.
He expressed these views while presiding over the weekly orderly room meeting attended by officers and personnel from across the district.
During the session, the DPO listened to the professional and personal issues of the participants individually.
On the occasion, he directed the relevant officers to resolve several issues on the spot, while setting a clear timeframe for addressing others.
He emphasized that addressing the concerns of police personnel promptly contributes to better efficiency and overall performance of the department.
Ziauddin Ahmed also instructed officers and personnel to perform their duties with honesty, dedication and a people-friendly approach to further strengthen public trust in the police.
