RAWALPINDI, Mar 04 (APP):Rawalpindi Police conducted flag march across different parts of the city to maintain law and order.
The flag march was led by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Malik Tariq Mehmood ans also participated by divisional SPs, SDPOs, SHOs, along with personnel from the Dolphin Squad and Elite Force.
The march commenced from Police Lines Headquarters and passed through various key areas of the city. The visible deployment of police vehicles and personnel was aimed at demonstrating preparedness and ensuring foolproof security arrangements.
City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani said the purpose of the flag march was to express the firm resolve of Rawalpindi Police to maintain peace and ensure effective security across the district. He added that protection of citizens’ lives and property remains the top priority, and the force continues to perform its duties with dedication round the clock.
