RAWALPINDI, Mar 03 (APP):In line with the vision and directives of Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar, the welfare of children of martyred police personnel is continuing across the province.
On the instructions of CPO Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani, SSP Operations Malik Tariq Mehmood distributed a laptop to the son of martyred Head Constable Asif at Police Lines Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
The SSP Operations said the distribution of the laptop reflected the department’s commitment to stand with the families of martyrs on every occasion.
“Our martyrs are our pride. All possible steps will be taken for the welfare of their families,” he said.
He added that the sacrifices of those who laid down their lives for the protection of the country and the nation would always be remembered, and their families would never be left alone in times of joy or sorrow.
