MANSEHRA, Mar 02 (APP):Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf Monday has called upon the nation to set aside internal differences and demonstrate unity and solidarity in the face of prevailing regional tensions.
He made these remarks while addressing an Iftar gathering organized by local representatives of Pakistan Muslim League (N) in Balakot.
The minister emphasized that national unity, mutual respect, and religious harmony form the cornerstone of Pakistan’s progress and stability.
Sardar Muhammad Yousaf urged all schools of thought and segments of society to rise above their differences and come together on one platform in the national interest.
He said that when the nation confronts challenges with unity, it not only strengthens internal stability but also elevates the country’s standing at the global level.
Highlighting the fight against terrorism, he stated that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army in efforts to ensure peace and stability in the country.
On the occasion, PML-N District President Syed Junaid Qasim Shah also addressed the gathering and echoed similar sentiments.
