ISLAMABAD, Mar 01 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police personnel remained actively deployed across the district to ensure security at churches, masajid, imambargahs, and Sunday bazaars.
An official told APP on Sunday that special security arrangements were put in place at worship places and public gathering points to maintain peace and order.
SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza visited various locations to review security arrangements and assess deployment during sensitive timings.
The official said the SSP Qazi inspected security measures at masajid, imambargahs, churches, and Sunday bazaars, and directed officers to remain vigilant while performing their duties.
He said additional personnel were deployed at key points to ensure the safety of citizens and prevent any untoward incident.
