GUJRAT, Feb 28 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi visited ongoing development projects under the Punjab Development Program (PDP), including a 40-cusec disposal station and a one-kilometer 1000 mm (HDPE) pipeline.
Managing Director WASA Kashan Hafeez Butt and other officials accompanied the DC during the inspection.
The disposal station is being constructed to protect urban areas from flooding and ensure timely drainage during rains.
The deputy commissioner directed that work continue round-the-clock and stressed that construction quality must not be compromised.
