ISLAMABAD, Feb 28 (APP):The price of 24 karat per tola gold increased by Rs 10,000 on Saturday and was sold at Rs 550,562 against its sale at Rs 540,562 in the local market, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also witnessed an increase of Rs8,574 to Rs472,018 from Rs 463,444, whereas the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold rose by Rs 7,859 to Rs432,698 from Rs424,839.
The rates of per tola silver increased by Rs 388 to Rs 9,862 from Rs 9,474, while that of 10 grams silver went up by Rs 333 to Rs 8,455 from Rs 8,122.
The price of gold in the international market increased by $100 to $5,278 from $5,178, whereas that of silver rose by $3.88 to $93.78, the Association added.
