PESHAWAR, Feb 25 (APP): A resident of Peshawar, Amir Gulab, has received relief of Rs 30,000 in gas dues following the intervention of the Federal Ombudsman.
The complainant had approached the Regional Office of the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat in Peshawar regarding excess charges on his gas bill.
The inquiry was conducted by Adviser Mushtaq Jadoon, while implementation was overseen by Deputy Adviser Mohammad Alam Zeb.
Following the investigation, the relevant gas company was instructed to adjust the bill, resulting in a Rs 30,000 reduction for the complainant.
