Petition filed in Supreme Court seeking transfer of Founder PTI to hospital for treatment

ISLAMABAD, Feb 25 (APP): A petition has been formally filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan seeking the transfer of the PTI founder to a hospital and issuance of urgent directions regarding his medical treatment.
The petition requests the court to order the immediate transfer of the PTI founder to Shifa International Hospital to facilitate a comprehensive medical examination. It contends that he should undergo an eye examination by a specialist, as he is reportedly facing vision-related issues.
The application further pleads that his personal physicians, Dr Faisal Sultan and Dr Asim Yousaf, be granted access to him so they may supervise his medical examination and treatment. It urges that all medical procedures be conducted under the supervision of his personal doctors to ensure transparency and quality care.
The petition has been filed in the Supreme Court by the PTI founder’s counsel, Latif Khosa, Shehbaz Khosa, and Hamza Sattar, who have also requested an urgent hearing of the matter.
