ISLAMABAD, Feb 24 (APP): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday sought final arguments from respondents in a case seeking closure of X account of PTI’s founder.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the case. During the hearing, lawyer Ali Bukhari appeared before the court on behalf of the founder of PTI, while Barrister Zafarullah appeared before the court on behalf of the petitioner. Advocate General Islamabad Ayaz Shaukat also appeared in the court.
Ali Bukhari Advocate told the court that Salman Akram Raja’s health is not good, that is why he did not come. During the hearing, the PTA lawyer said that we have submitted a report in this case.
The court sought the arguments from respondents and adjourned the further hearing of the case till first week of May.
