ABBOTTABAD, Feb 24 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Sarmad Saleem Akram Tuesday chaired a meeting to review arrangements
aimed at providing maximum relief to citizens during the holy month of Ramazan, in line with the directives of
the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
The meeting discussed steps to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential commodities, effective monitoring of
official relief measures, and transparent distribution of assistance among deserving individuals. Participants
also reviewed efforts to improve coordination among relevant departments to facilitate the public.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all concerned departments to prioritize public convenience and perform their responsibilities efficiently, warning that negligence would not be tolerated.
Officials including the Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning, District Education Officer Social Welfare, Assistant Director Local Government, Zakat Officer, and other officers attended the meeting and briefed participants on measures taken by their respective departments.
Speaking on the occasion, Sarmad Saleem Akram reaffirmed the administration commitment to providing maximum relief during Ramadan and ensuring prompt resolution of public issues.
