FAISALABAD, Feb 24 (APP): Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) organized Prime Minister’s Laptop Distribution Ceremony under PM’s Youth Program and distributed laptops among 637 meritorious students on the basis of academic excellence.
GCWUF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Kanwal Ameen attended the ceremony as chief guest while Ms Qudsia Batool, MPA, attended it as guest of honor.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms Qudsia Batool congratulated the students and said that national leadership is connecting youth to the digital world.
She urged them to treat the laptops not merely as devices but as tools for skill development, learning and nation-building in the digital age.
GCWUF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Kanwal Ameen encouraged the students to use digital opportunities wisely and remain self-motivated in addition to pursuing lifelong learning with focus and discipline.
Later, she along with Ms Qudsia Batool and coordinators also distributed laptops among the selected students.
Dr Shazia Riaz Focal Person for Laptop Scheme and others were also present on the occasion.
