ISLAMABAD, Feb 24 (APP):The price of 24 karat per tola gold increased by Rs 3,400 and was sold at Rs 539,962 on Tuesday compared to its sale at Rs 536,562 on the previous trading day, All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by Rs 2,915 to Rs 462,930 from Rs 460,015, whereas the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold went up by Rs 2,672 to Rs 424,367 from Rs 421,695.
The price of per tola silver increased by Rs 192 to Rs 9,286 from Rs 9,094, while that of 10 grams silver rose by Rs 165 to Rs 7,961 from Rs 7,796.
The price of gold in the international market increased by $34 to $5,172 from $5,138, whereas that of silver rose by $1.92 to $88.02, the Association reported.
