SIALKOT, Feb 24 (APP):Chaudhry Sajjad Ahmed has taken over the additional charge of Divisional Superintendent Postal Services in Sialkot. After assuming charge, he addressed officers and staff, reaffirming his commitment to modernizing postal services and making them more efficient, active, and public-friendly.
He stated that the Postal Department is an important national institution playing a key role in providing essential services to the public. Improving performance, ensuring transparency, and delivering fast and reliable services are among his top priorities. He emphasized that timely mail delivery will be ensured at all costs to further strengthen public trust.
Chaudhry Sajjad Ahmed announced comprehensive and practical measures for the improvement of postal services, including better office management, introduction of modern facilities, an effective complaint redressal system, and new strategies to enhance revenue.
He highlighted that improving service quality is essential to strengthening the institution’s reputation.
