LAHORE, Feb 23 (APP): The Punjab Government on Monday issued a notification regarding transfers and postings of six senior police officers with immediate effect.
According to the notification, Khurram Shakoor, Additional IGP Riot Management Police (RMP) Punjab, has been transferred and posted as Additional IGP Training, CPO Punjab, Lahore. He will also hold the additional charge of Additional IGP RMP Punjab till the posting of a regular incumbent.
Usman Akram Gondal, DIG Operations, CTD Punjab, Lahore, has been transferred and posted as Regional Police Officer (RPO), Multan Region, vice Capt (retd) Muhammad Sohail Ch., transferred.
Capt (R) Muhammad Sohail Ch. (PSP/BS-20), RPO Multan, has been posted as Commandant, Police Training College, Lahore, vice Mr Mehboob Aslam, transferred and Mehboob Aslam, Commandant Police Training College, Lahore, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Elite Police Force, Punjab, vice Faisal Ali Raja, transferred.
Faisal Ali Raja, DIG Elite Police Force, Punjab, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP), Punjab, Lahore. He will also hold the additional charge of Additional IGP PHP Punjab till the posting of a regular incumbent.
While Kamran Adil, DIG Technical Procurement, CPO Punjab, Lahore, has been transferred and posted as DIG Telecommunication and Transport, Punjab, Lahore, against an existing vacancy, while retaining additional charge of DIG Technical Procurement till further orders.
