ISLAMABAD, Feb 23 (APP): Chairman of the Senate, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, on Monday expressed profound sorrow and grief over the passing of the mother of Minister of State for Interior Abdul Rehman Kanju.
In his condolence message, the Chairman Senate said that the loss of a mother is an irreparable tragedy, as a mother’s love, compassion, and prayers are among the greatest blessings in one’s life. He observed that such a loss creates a void that can never truly be filled.
He extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and assured that he and members of the Upper House stand in solidarity with Abdul Rehman Kanju and his family during this difficult time.
The Chairman Senate prayed that Almighty Allah grant the departed soul eternal peace, elevate her ranks in Jannah, and bless the family with patience, strength, and fortitude to bear this immense loss.
