PESHAWAR, Feb 23 (APP): Dr Shafaat Ullah Khan has successfully defended his PhD thesis at Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, marking a significant academic achievement in the field of management sciences.
The title of his doctoral thesis was “Impact of Motivator’s Factors and Hygiene’s Factors on Job Satisfaction: Mediating Role of Work Engagement.” His research focused on examining how motivational and hygiene factors influence employees’ job satisfaction, with work engagement serving as a mediating variable.
Dr Shafaat Ullah Khan completed his research under the supervision of Associate Professor and Dean Dr Naveed Shahzad of City University of Science and Information Technology.
The external evaluation of the thesis was conducted by Associate Prof Dr Syed Haider Shah from Turkey. The panel of examiners included Dr Amir Ullah of Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, Assistant Prof Kashif Amin of Hazara University, Assistant Prof Dr Mahfooz Khan of Abasyn University, PhD Scholar Numan Ullah and Prof Dr Farzand Ali Jan of Peshawar Medical College.
The participants appreciated the scholar’s research work and termed it a valuable contribution to the understanding of organizational behavior and employee engagement in contemporary workplaces.
