SIALKOT, Feb 23 (APP):Punjab Minister for Labour and Human Resources Muhammad Manshaullah Butt has said that students are the nation’s most valuable asset, and those who achieve remarkable success in the field of education not only make their parents proud but also bring honor to their institutions and the entire region.
He expressed these views while addressing a prestigious ceremony held in honor of position holders at Government High School Sialkot Cantt.
The Minister emphasized that the Government of Punjab is taking practical steps to improve educational standards, encourage students, and promote merit so that better opportunities can be provided to the younger generation. He added that the combined efforts of teachers and parents play a key role in students’ success.
Member of the Punjab Bar Council, Raza Subhani, also attended the ceremony as a special guest. During the event, certificates, shields, and cash prizes were distributed among the position-holding students. A large number of teachers, parents, and notable community members were also present on the occasion.
Among other distinguished participants were Dr. Sohail Asghar Sodai (son of the late creator of “Nara-e-Pakistan”) Prof. Asghar Sodai, Barrister Ahmad Iqan Ajmal, Director Local Government Abdul Hameed Qasim and Arshad Subhani, along with other respected personalities.
In his concluding remarks, the chief guest congratulated the position holders on their outstanding achievements and expressed his best wishes for their bright and successful future.
